1. Who we are

Plug and CV ("we", "us") lets you turn your CV into a personal website. The service is operated by Requr, Rondom 4J, 2661 CA Bergschenhoek, the Netherlands, which is the data controller responsible for your personal data and is registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 89852125. 2. What data we collect

• Account data: your email address and password (stored hashed).
• CV content: the name, headline, experience, education, skills, languages, hobbies, bio, photo and design choices you add to your CV website.
• LinkedIn import: if you choose to import, the public profile details retrieved from the URL you provide. This step is optional.
• Payment data: we do not store card or bank details. Payments are processed by our payment provider, which shares only the transaction status with us.
• Domain data: if you register a domain, the details required by the registry to register it in your name.
• Technical & analytics data: device, browser and usage data collected only with your consent (see our cookie preferences).

3. Why we use it and our legal basis

• To provide and host your CV website, performance of our contract with you.
• To process payments and register domains, performance of our contract and legal obligations.
• To secure our service and prevent abuse, our legitimate interest.
• To measure and improve our website with analytics and to show ads, only on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

4. Who we share it with

We share data only with processors that help us run the service, under data-processing agreements: our hosting provider, our payment provider for transactions, our domain registrar for domain registrations, and analytics/advertising providers where you have consented. Your published CV website is, by its nature, public.

5. International transfers

Where a processor is located outside the European Economic Area, we rely on an adequacy decision or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses to protect your data.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your account and CV data for as long as your account is active. After you delete your website or account we remove the data within a reasonable period, except where we must keep records (such as invoices) to meet legal obligations.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@requr.nl. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

8. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to run the service and, only with your consent, analytics and marketing cookies. You can review and change your choices on our cookie preferences page at any time.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the date above.
